At 50m from the la Fossa beach in Calpe, we rent out a flat with beautiful sea views and the famous Ifach rock.

 

The flat is located on the 5th floor of the Esmeralda building, right next to the hotel (app. 35D).

It is easily accessible by the Beniconnect bus, for example, which stops right in front of hotel Esmeralda.

 

The flat was completely renovated in 2021 and consists of two bedrooms, each with double beds and fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

On the terrace at the back, in a built-in cupboard, you can find a washing machine, drying rack, extra fridge, some cleaning equipment and an iron and ironing board.

 

We choose for an open kitchen with a counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and dishwasher.

There is a toaster, coffee machine and other electrical appliances.

 

In the living room there is a sofa bed, a large smart TV and a DVD player/blu ray.

 

There is a large terrace at the front and back with seating and relaxing chairs.

At the front you have a view of the mighty Ifach and the swimming pools that you can use. There are 3 swimming pools for big and small, which are cleaned daily. On the terrace at the back you can cool down if it gets too hot. 

 

The flat has free WIFI and there is air conditioning in all rooms (cold and hot).

 

The flat also has a parking space (17) at the rear of the building in a closed open car park.

 

At the reception in the entrance hall there is almost always someone present for information/help if needed.

 

Towels and bed linen are provided.
