These prices apply to the rental of the flat only, including bed linen and towels. 

Minimum stay is one week. For stays longer than one month, please contact us for mutual agreement. 

The final cleaning is € 87,00.

Beach towels are available at the reception for € 5,00/towel.

For the use of the fitness, Spa and sauna you can contact the reception.

Excessive use of electricity (light and air conditioning) will be charged extra and automatically deducted from your deposit. 

The deposit is € 300.00. This will be refunded after your stay and the check-up of the flat. 

Pets and smoking are not allowed according to the general regulations of Parques Casablanca. Smoking is allowed in the open areas near the swimming pool.
